Craig was great! My elderly mother was selling her manufactured home in Arizona and moving next door to me in North Carolina. She was referred to another realtor before she left and received an offer right away from an investment company for what I believed was a very low price. Things didn't feel right so I started looking around and came across Craig Shumway. I called him and he responded immediately. He set up a video call with my mother and me and he took the time to explain the process to us very thoroughly. We asked a lot of questions and he took the time to answer them all. We felt very comfortable with him so we decided to go with him. He hired a professional photographer who took some beautiful pictures of the house and he put it on the market. He found a buyer in a few days! The house needed a bit more work than my mother had expected in order to get it ready for the buyer. Since we were on the other side of the country we had to rely on Craig to do all of the leg work which is hard for me to do because I like to take on everything myself. Both my mother and I trusted that Craig was honest and capable to handle any issues that came up. When issues would come up he would lay out our options and explain them clearly to us . Craig always answered the phone when we called with questions and he always kept us up to date throughout the entire process. In the end the house sold for over $100,000 more than the original offer from the first realtor! Thanks Craig! I highly recommend doing business with Craig!
